2. Matrix Organization

Example:

Example:

4. Metrics
Definition:

Simple Meaning:

Actions taken to reduce the probability or impact of risks.
Simple Meaning:
Reducing the effect of a problem before it happens.
Example:
Keeping spare pumps ready to avoid downtime is a risk mitigation action.
7. Monitoring
Definition:
The ongoing process of tracking project performance and progress against the plan.
Simple Meaning:
Regularly checking project progress.
Example:
Daily progress reports, site inspections, and review meetings are part of monitoring.
